The RNDU Chairman discussed cooperation opportunities with leading technology companies within the framework of RTS 2026.

Araz Imanov, Chairman of the Retail Networks Development Union, held meetings with a number of leading technology and solution providers within the framework of the 'Retail Technology Show 2026' held in London.

During the meetings, the current challenges and priorities of the Azerbaijani retail sector were presented, in particular issues related to the digitalisation of in-store price management, improvement of payment infrastructure, increasing operational efficiency and the application of innovative solutions. At the same time, an exchange of views was held on possible areas of cooperation and opportunities for experience sharing.

In the field of digital price tags, meetings were held with representatives of Etag-Tech, Pricer, Patron ESL, ZKONG and Hanshow. In the field of payment systems, discussions were held with Ingenico and Verifone.

In addition, meetings were also held with representatives of Sony, IBM, invent.ai, Optimum Retailing, Ergonomic Solutions, Logile, Diebold Nixdorf, FreedomPay, Nayax, Newland NPT, Bizie, Sensormatic, Proximity, Aura Vision, Datecs, Worldpay, Transaction Tree, Simbe Robotics, Lloyds Bank and Favewatch.
