The RNDU Chairman took part in discussions on the future of the retail sector within the framework of RTS 2026.

Araz Imanov, Chairman of the Retail Networks Development Union, participated in panels and discussions dedicated to the future development directions of the retail sector within the framework of the Retail Technology Show 2026.

The event programme included a speech by Helen Dickinson, head of the British Retail Consortium, a presentation by Archie Norman, head of Marks & Spencer, as well as topics such as the application of artificial intelligence in retail, increasing store productivity, retail media, digital identification, innovation management and the future of customer experience.

The approaches voiced in the sessions and the solutions presented drew attention as interesting and useful directions for the Azerbaijani retail sector as well.
